I have been a member of Emmanuel Baptist Church since 1993. I graduated from Parkersburg South High School in 1994 and then went on to graduate from Alderson-Broaddus College with a degree in Sociology/Human Services in 1998.
My work experience includes working at Genesis Youth Center, Inc.-Clarksburg, WV (an emergency shelter for at-risk teens), Early Head Start-Marion County, WV (working with pregnant teens and teen mothers), and Next Generation Day Care-Parkersburg, WV (teaching the elementary-age children’s summer program and caring for the infants).
I moved back to the Parkersburg area in 2000. I married Joe Wince in September 2002 and we share four children-Jared (1995), Aaron (1997), Anthony (2000), and Noah (2005). In October 2006,
I accepted the Director of Children’s Ministries position at Emmanuel (while in college I was the Interim Director of Children’s Ministries for one summer). We have a great group of kids and I love them all! |
