If you're traveling on 7th Street into town from highways 50/77, turn right at Wendys at Park Avenue. Go past the City Park until you have to turn left or right on 23rd Street. Turn left and Emmanuel is about 2 blocks up on the left. If you''re traveling on Dudley Avenue (in front of Parkersburg High School) turn at the Pizza Place onto 23rd Street.
