Our church Food Pantry is now a Necessity Pantry. We will work with the Wood County Food Co-Op and through Community Resource referrals.. We are collecting the following items to give out to low income families: bar soap, hand soap, laundry detergent, fabric softener, paper towels, toilet paper, kleenex tissues, tooth brushes and tooth paste, shampoo, trash bags, deoderant, razors, etc. We will still stock some food for emergency orders but our main focus will be on the practical items listed above. None of these items can be obtained by those who depend on Food Stamps. To receive a Necessity Bag, you must apply and receive a voucher through Community Resources.
